What uses a credit and what is free

Successful calls only

Only successful tool calls use credits. If a result is split into pages, each page counts as a separate call.

No credit

Failed calls, tool listings, the app catalog, your account info, feedback, and checking your balance are all free.

Check anytime

solari usage shows your plan, your remaining credits, and when they expire. Checking does not use a credit.

No rollover

Plan credits last until the end of the period they came with and do not carry over. Top-up packs are separate: they stay valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. If you run out partway through a period, you can buy a top-up, upgrade, or start a new month on the same plan.

Top-up credits

On an active Plus or Pro plan you can buy extra credits at your plan's per-credit rate: packs of 10,000 or 50,000 credits ($9.80 and $49.00 on Plus, $4.98 and $24.90 on Pro), 1 to 10 packs per checkout. You pay once at purchase, the credits stay valid for 12 months, and credits that expire sooner are used first. Plan credits usually expire within the month, so they are usually used first. Upgrade or downgrade

An upgrade charges the full price of the new plan right away and starts a new cycle that day. The charge for the cycle you were in is not refunded, and the credits from it stay usable until their original expiry date. A downgrade takes effect on your next billing date, and you can cancel the scheduled change at https://solari.brandazine.com/settings/billing until then.

Change your payment card

Open https://solari.brandazine.com/settings/billing and use "Manage payment & cancellation" to replace the card we charge. Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor; SOLARI never stores your card number.

If a renewal payment fails

The billing page shows a "Payment failed" notice with a link to update the card or pay the open invoice. You can keep using the credits from your previous cycle for 3 days. After that, they stop working until the payment goes through.

Invoices

Your payments and invoices are listed at https://solari.brandazine.com/settings/billing. We cannot issue a Japanese qualified invoice (tekikaku seikyusho) yet. We will announce it on this page once the registration is complete.

Cancel anytime

Cancel at https://solari.brandazine.com/settings/billing. For an active subscription without scheduled cancellation, if current-period plan credits have been granted and none have been used, cancellation is immediate with a full refund of that period’s payments; refunded credits are revoked. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at period end, can be withdrawn before then, and remaining non-refunded credits stay usable until expiry. Top-ups are not automatically refunded. Statutory refund rights are preserved.
